ON MY WALL

My interest in integrative medicine was sparked by my dad’s cancer diagnosis around 2005. My mom, a qualified nurse, immersed herself in learning more about all the integrative ways to add quality to his life which they managed for a good 20 years. I delved deeper in to natural medicine and received my diploma in natural medicine in 2008.I have a keen interest in Burnout and I work closely with medical doctors to help people manage their health as best they can.

In my quest to help people resolve their challenges I read 100s of books and done in-depth research. I discovered EFT and decided to get trained as a practitioner. It was a proud moment when I qualified as Level 3 International EFT practitioner in 2016. The Emotional Freedom Technique is a form of energy psychology and involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on processing emotional issues on a deeper level than just talking about it.

While immersing myself in learning more about many therapeutic techniques I realised that there is so much more to learn and teach about living a meaningful life with purpose. I found that helping clients to develop a wide range of important skills in life, makes it a whole lot easier to manage life’s challenges and live with gratitude. In 2018 I qualified as Integrative Life Coach and now have the wonderful opportunity to be part of people’s journeys to help them turn stumbling blocks into stepping stones.

Family time, special friends, our pets, and any creative activity feeds my soul.

In 1992, Ansa married her best friend, rock and biggest supporter. Together they have a son and a daughter who recently graduated.

As a dedicated parent of two young adults, I understand firsthand the immense responsibility and importance of parenting. I believe that building a meaningful life is our personal responsibility, and with the right tools and skills, it is attainable.
